Dr. Chang Jia-Ning graduated from the University of Medicine 1, Yangon in Myanmar, earning a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. She is currently licensed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in Taiwan and is legally qualified to practice medicine in Taiwan.She is dedicated to providing safe, effective, and empathetic medical care. With strong clinical assessment and communication skills, Dr. Chang is deeply committed to understanding and responding to patients' needs.
