什麼是B型肝炎？

B型肝炎（Hepatitis B），可經由含有B型肝炎病毒的血液或體液透過皮膚或黏膜進入人體內而感染。感染途徑包括水平傳染及垂直傳染，水平傳染途徑經由血液感染，垂直感染是指帶原的媽媽在生產前後把B型肝炎病毒傳染給新生兒。

B型肝炎疫苗接種時機

幼兒常規接種時程：應接種 3劑。
出生24小時內接種第 1 劑，滿1個月及滿6 個月接種第 2、3 劑 B 型肝炎疫苗。
可與其他活性減毒或不活化疫苗同時（分開不同部位）或間隔任何時間接種。
不適合接種的情形：如發燒、正患有急性中重度疾病者、對疫苗任何成分產生嚴重過敏反應。

B型肝炎疫苗接種後可能發生的不良反應

一般少有特別反應。
注射部位極少有疼痛、觸痛、搔癢、紅斑、腫脹等情形，若有可給予冷敷。
