麻疹、腮腺炎、德國麻疹疫苗接種後須知

局部反應很少。
與麻疹疫苗一樣在接種後 5 ~ 12 天，偶有疹子、咳嗽、鼻炎或發燒等症狀。
德國麻疹疫苗成分，偶有引起發燒、暫時性關節痛、關節炎及神經炎等副作用。
腮腺炎疫苗曾有引起輕微中樞神經反應之病例報告，但機率極小。
接種疫苗後，請多喝開水、多休息，以上不適會自然慢慢消退；如有其他特殊反應時，請儘速回院求診。
